We have over 450 employees in the United States and Europe, and currently, we are expanding our Internal Finance Department Team. Internal Finance Administrator Assistant - Trainee will be responsible for the following:

  • Payroll Data Preparation: Assist in collecting, verifying, and organizing data necessary for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Preparation of Payment Orders: Support the creation and processing of payment orders in a timely and precise manner.
  • Issuance of Client Invoices: Prepare and issue invoices for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Monitoring Client Payments: Track incoming payments from clients and reconcile accounts, promptly identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist in the preparation of regular financial reports.
  • Assistance with Financial Audits: Provide support during financial audits by gathering requested documentation and data.
  • Communication with Clients and Internal Teams: Assist in managing client communication related to invoices and payments, working closely with other team members to resolve issues.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks related to the finance department to ensure smooth operations.

  • Excel Skills: good Excel skills or possess strong determination and willingness to learn.
  • Understanding of business etiquette and correspondence (experience in a business environment is a plus)
  • If you are a highly organized person, sensitive to details, who prefers planning and procedures over a creative chaos
  • Strong logic and analytical skills
  • Experience with writing documentation and/or procedures is considered a bonus points
